1 ARRIVAL/OCCUPATION
1.1 in accordance with the no-smoking legislation, the Mayvene Hotel is a smoke free premises and SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE PREMISES. SMOKING OR HAVING WEED IN A ROOM WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGE £140 TO RENDER THE ROOM SMOKE/WEED FREE AGAIN.
1.2 Guest shall be liable towards the Mayvene Hotel for any damage caused by themselves or any persons that receive services of the hotel with knowledge or in accordance with the intention of the guests.
1.3 All room/stay charges are payable at time of booking
2 DESCRIPTION
Whilst the Mayvene Hotel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the property descriptions they are inevitably subjective and are for guidance only. If there are points of particular importance please contact the Mayvene Hotel to clarify information.
2.1 Whilst the Mayvene Hotel has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained on brochures, websites, tariffs an d any other form of promotional material are accurate, the Mayvene Hotel reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or amenity.
3 KEYS
KEYS MUST BE RETURNED ON DEPARTURE. THERE IS A £50 REPLACEMENT CHARGE deductable without further notice for keys taken away from the hotel on check-out.
4 LIABILTY
The Mayvene Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property and it’s plumbing, gas, electric or otherwise or exceptional weather.
4.1 The mayvene Hotel reserves the right to refuse any bookings.
4.2 Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately.
4.3 Due to covid 19 Anyone who is exhibiting symptons or who has any reason to believe they may have come into contact with the virus
up to 14 days prior to their booking MUST follow the goverment instructions to self isolate and follow NHS guidelines. Therefore, they should NOT arrive on site. Anyone whilst on site exhibit symptons must vacate and self isolate at home following goverment guidelines, if your unable to vacate then you must self isolate for a period of 14 days within your room, but you will charged for the duration of your stay unfortunately.
